INTRODUCTION
The climate in the city is not the "same" as the is in the contry. It create what we call a microclimate, due to the constan activity of the men: air conditioning, cars driving, buildings, asphelt...To test this fact. We will measure differents factors;Wind Spead and Temperature.

We mesured with Alex the temperature and wind speed of any sites to probe the experiment. We mesured the temperature with a termometer and the wind speed with a anemometer.

The movie "An Inconvenient Truth"

The movie "An Inconvenient Truth":

INTRODUCTION

Humanity is sitting on a ticking time bomb. If the vast majority of the world's scientists are right, we have just ten years to avert a major catastrophe that could send our entire planet into a tail-spin of epic destruction involving extreme weather, floods, droughts, epidemics and killer heat waves beyond anything we have ever experienced

MOVILITY AND WAYS OF TRANSPORT

The city has different types of urban ways according to the means of transport, services or activities of the population. We'll try to study three different types of ways, Gran Via, Casp and Pau Claris.

We mesured with Alex de number of steps that have the street width and the sidewalk width and then mesure the step. When we finished we calculate the mesure of the street and the % of the width for cars and the sidewalk width. The name of the streets are Casp street, Pau Claris street and Gran Via street.

____Street Width_Sidewalk Width_% of Cars_% of sidewalk
Casp_____18,25_______10,95_______40%______60%
GranVia__46,72.______29,82________36%______64%
Pau Claris_17,52_______10,95_______37%______63%

We count with Alex the number of cars, buses, taxis and pedestrians that are in 5 minutes. We count these things in Casp, Gran Via and Pau Claris.

_________Cars_Buses_Taxis_Bikes_pedestrians
CASP______18___2_____1___4_____1 12
GRAN VIA__179___5____?____?_____97
PAU CLARIS_80___3____5____32____70

CONCLUSIONS
Casp:Is bigger that Pau Claris street but there are less cars in that street. This is the street that are the less pollute.
Gran Via:Is a very big street and there are a lot of cars, there are so many cars that the street is crowded. This is the street that pollute more.
Pau Claris:This street is more narrow than Casp and there are more cars. For that reason this street is more busy that Casp street. This street pollute more that Casp.

The humans destroy the Earth

The world and most of its plants were here long before us. Humans with their culture and technology have a deep impact on the natural landscape. Unfortunetly this impact has destroyed, many plants and animals. Some plants and animals longen exist due to a large to human impact. If people don't become more effective envivommental stewards, WE MAY BE THE NEXT EXTIVICTED.
Actually we can identified three grect enviroment:

*City or urban enviroment.
